Gavel Club is an affiliate of Toastmasters International, a worldwide organization that helps individuals improve their public speaking and leadership skills.

Educational Meetings
We hold weekly educational meetings either online or in person. In these meetings, you have the opportunity to speak on selected topics and receive feedback on how to improve your speaking skills. This space is comfortable and filled with fun, allowing you to enhance your skills.
Public speaking competitions
We encourage our members to participate in public speaking competitions that happen throughout the country. Over the years our Gaveliers have won many impressive achievements in these competitions. Participating and winning places in these competitions will develop your soft skills like communication and leadership.
Mentoring
We have a team of talented and experienced public speakers dedicated to train newbies in public speaking. In gavel you get a personal mentor who you can contact anytime to help your public speaking skills step by step.
Community
Gavel is not only a place for self-development but also for having fun. We have themed meetings and celebrate festivals like Avurudu, Christmas, and Halloween. We go on trips, visit other universities for joint meetings, and do many more fun activities.
